Matthew Horan, D.M.D., M.P.H., is Founder and Principal Consultant at Horan Consulting LLC. As a dentist, he advances equitable, upstream innovations to improve access, outcomes and care delivery. He earned his D.M.D. from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and his M.P.H. from the University of Massachusetts, with a focus on oral health integration within accountable care organizations. Dr. Horan is an alumnus of the National Health Service Corps and a MassHealth Access Program award recipient. He previously served as Dental Director at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, at multiple federally qualified health centers and at the Boston Public Health Commission. He also serves as a faculty member at Boston University and Tufts University Schools of Dental Medicine.
